Seth Whelden

Director of Photography

Seth Whelden graduated from Hampshire College in 2006 and moved from his home-island of Nantucket, MA to Portland, OR in 2007. He works as a freelance director of photography for commercial, narrative, and documentary films, and additionally, he and his wife Kelly own a stock footage company: "The Stacks". In 2014 he won "Best Cinematography" at Portland's 48 hour film festival for "Headache" and just completed his first feature film as cinematographer: "The Falls: Covenant of Grace". When not shooting motion pictures, he can be found hiking in the Oregon wilderness taking photos.
